Mechatronics Technician

We are looking for a technically skilled and motivated Internal Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team and help drive our growth in this exciting industry.

As a mechatronics technician, you will be building prototypes and small series of new designs, preparing wiring harnesses, basic soldering of electronic boards, building test systems, perform small mechanical modifications on designs (drilling, cutting…), and assisting the engineering team with various projects related to electric vehicle charging and power conversion. You will also be responsible for the tidiness of the mechanical workshop and of basic sorting and storing workshop tools, equipment and accessories.

  • Experience with mechanics and electronics (repair, assembly)

  • Comfortable with workshop and lab tools

  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)

  • Basic IT skills (Excel, engineering tools)

What would you be doing?

  • Defining the mechanical components of prototypes in collaboration with the engineering team

  • Identifying the materials needed to manufacture the parts (compiling a list, obtaining quotes, and preparing orders)

  • Assist the engineering team in designing mechanical parts and test equipment (testing, maintenance)

  • Support in building/assembling tests setups with the electronics engineering team

  • Make sure the mechanical workshop is always clean, tidy, and ready for use
